Our pastry class is special for several reasons:
We offer personalized attention, with a maximum of 8 people per lesson. You can also request a private lesson.
Our class may explore unique themes, seasonal ingredients, or exotic flavor combinations. This will give you the opportunity to learn new culinary techniques and trends.
You will also learn the best techniques and tricks that took me years to learn.
Our class is taught by experienced pastry chefs who will provide you with insights and tips that you won't find elsewhere.

My name is Romain I am a French pastry chef and with my Balinese wife Ni Luh we’re introduce and teach pastry/bakery to children from 4 years old until no limit of age. We teach cakes, tarts, pies, biscuits and other snacks. Your kid will learn recipes but also how fruits & spices grow, how things are made and they will discover new flavor and texture during our food games.
