The session begins with guided meditation and breathing techniques to calm your mind and prepare your body. You will then go through chakra cleansing and activation, focusing on the 7 main chakras to restore energy flow and open any blocked areas caused by stress or negative influences.
The session concludes with Melukat, a sacred Balinese holy water purification ritual. This traditional ceremony helps wash away negative energy, leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed, and spiritually balanced.
We provide a comfortable yoga mat and drinking water so you can fully relax and immerse yourself in the healing process.
