Humantay Lake

  • We will hike for about 1.5 hours, reaching Humantay Lake at 4,200 meters above sea level. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and, on clear days, the stunning snow-capped Salkantay and Humantay mountains. After taking photos and having some free time, you can also offer a small gift to the Apus (mountain spirits).
  • Alternative: Horses are available for rent for those who prefer not to hike.

SORAYPAMPA

  • After your time at the lake, we will begin the descent back to Soraypampa. The walk down takes about 1.5 hours and is much easier than the way up.
