Humantay Lake

• Between 4 and 5 AM, we will be waiting at your hotel entrance to embark on a scenic three-hour drive to the charming village of Mollepata (2,900 masl / 9,515 ft). Upon arrival, we'll enjoy a hearty breakfast to recharge before continuing to Soraypampa (3,850 masl / 12,631 ft), the starting point of our trek. If desired, you can rent horses from local villagers for a more comfortable ascent.
• As we hike, we’ll immerse ourselves in the breathtaking Andean landscape, spotting native birds and diverse flora and fauna unique to this region. Midway, we’ll pause for a light snack to replenish our energy before reaching our destination—the mesmerizing Humantay Lagoon (4,200 masl / 13,779 ft). Here, you'll be captivated by its stunning turquoise waters, perfect for capturing unforgettable photographs.
• After some relaxation, we’ll descend to Soraypampa, where our transport awaits. Back in Mollepata, we’ll have lunch before returning to Cusco, concluding an unforgettable journey.
