The 4-day classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu is the best trek you can choose. This is the only path that allows you to arrive at Machu Picchu through the Sungate. Over the course of these 4 days, you will hike along 12 different microclimates that host a huge variety of plants and birds. You will also explore spectacular Inca sites like Llactapata, Wiñaywayna, Sayacmarca, Phuyupatamarca, and Intipata. Your guide, chef, and porters will share an immersive information, cuisine, and Andean lifestyle experience. You will also enjoy one of the most amazing train rides in the world; the Vistadome observatory gives you panoramic views from the train and a show of music and dancers. .

We will pick you up from your hotel at 4:30 am. And you will be driven for 2 hours to the Km 82, from where officially you will start the inca trail to Machu Picchu. After having breakfast and showing your passports in the KM 82, You will hike for 4 hours to Hatunchaca where you will have lunch. Along the way your guide will spot interesting plants and Andean crops. You will also have a guided tour in the Patallacta inca site. After enjoying a delicious buffet lunch you will hike 3 hours to the base camp in Ayapata. Along this way you will see the last villages of the Inca Trail. Upon arrival the tents will be pitch. In the afternoon the tour guide will introduce the porters to you and you will have tea time and dinner.
