- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- A current valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) is required on the day of travel to visit Malaysia
- Passport name, number, country, date of expiry, date of birth, weight for all guests are required at time of booking
- Due to increasing human activity on Pulau Tioman, guests will be arranged to snorkel at Sribuat (15 miles off Pulau Tioman) for guaranteed blue waters
- This activity is outdoors and involves getting wet, therefore, we recommend that you bring along additional personal effects such as sun-block lotion, sandflies repellent, swimming costume, spare clothes and/or motion sickness pills as per your discretion
- In the event of rain, guests will be arranged to snorkel closer to the shore for safety reasons
- For Hard Rock/Starbucks collectible fans: Complimentary 15-min detour to Rock Shop/Starbucks in Johor (upon request)
