A day trip to the Perfume Pagoda, located about 40 miles south of Hanoi, offers a relaxing and picturesque escape from the urban rhythms of the city. Take a leisurely sail down the Yen Stream, flanked by rice paddies and vibrant mountain forests, and spend the day exploring the isolated Buddhist temple complex, where thousands of Buddhists travel every spring after Vietnamese New Year to pray.

Once you have arrived in Thien Tru, you will enjoy time for some trekking, visit the main cave where you’ll arrive at Huong Tich Cave on the top of the mountain. Then enjoy a 1-hour trekking back down or take optional cable car instead of trekking (optional).
