As we ride pillion on a scooter with a female driver, we'll sample a range of delicious vegetarian dishes, including imperial vegetarian cakes, a veggie hotpot, pancakes, salads, and a feast of 20 different sweet soups. To wrap up the evening, we'll take a private tour of Hue by night.
