What you'll do

Make your own way to the meeting point near Batemans Bay, where you are given a flotation device and kayak. Receive paddling instructions and a safety briefing, and then head out in your glass-bottom kayak onto the calm waters of Batemans Marine Park.

This area includes a mangrove and tidal sand flat system, which protects local marine life, as well as creates a breeding ground for various sea life, including stingrays, blue crabs, fiddler rays, and a variety of colorful fish. Spot marine life from your glass-bottom kayak and explore more remote sections of the park that are accessible only by boat. As you paddle around, learn from your guide about the history of the area, including its significance to the Yuin, a group of Aboriginal people who have lived here for more than 20,000 years.

After time on the water, return to your starting location, where your tour ends and you can enjoy complimentary snacks.
