We will leave Cusco in our mini-van, ascending to the folkloric town of Paucartambo. On the way, we will visit the pre-Incan funeral towers of Ninamarca. Then we will drive through the impressive cloud forest full of plants and beautiful orchids, here we will take our first hike and we would have the chance to see the country’s national bird- Andean cock-of-the-rock (Rupicola Peruvana), monkeys and many different species of birds. In the evening we will arrive at the Bambu Lodge, where you will be accommodated in a typical ensuite room.
