New York takes its bagels very seriously. In this workshop, you'll experience the city's bagel culture firsthand. You'll learn a brief history of bagels before embarking on your baking journey. During the class, you'll hand-shape the dough and discover boiling and baking techniques. After the class, you'll get to enjoy fresh-out-of-the-oven bagels that you can smear with spreads. You can also unwind during class with beer, wine, and soft drinks.
