The vineyard, which is directly adjacent to the restaurant, produces a range of award-winning cool-climate wines. These wines include the Jack Rabbit Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and Cabernet Shiraz.
Visitors can enjoy a 35-minute scenic helicopter ride from Melbourne, which will take them directly to the vineyard. Upon arrival, guests can indulge in a three-course fine-dining lunch, featuring dishes such as smoked kangaroo loin, confit duck leg, sweetcorn fondant, and warm pear and ginger quinoa cake.
