On a state-of-the-art quiet catamaran, take in the views of rare Tasmanian trees, sample some of the finest leatherwood honey, and witness the breathtaking Hells Gates, where the river and ocean meet. To cap off the day, indulge in a dinner experience onboard, showcasing some of the best Tasmanian produce.
