What you'll do

Spend a day in Port Stephens, known as the "Dolphin Capital" of Australia. Begin by exploring Sydney's charming Northern Suburbs, then board a catamaran in Port Stephens and look for humpback whales and bottlenose dolphins as you cruise the waters. If you wish, you can add a 4WD tour or try sand boarding on the dunes at Stockton Beach. Visit a local winery and a brewery before your return to Sydney.
