- Here you'll meet Stéphane an authentic, and charming, vintner (winemaker) of Champagne. He'll walk you through the entire process of making Champagne and let you get up close to the wine press and racks of champagne bottles in his cellars. Then you'll taste 3-4 different Champagne wines with him. You might go to an other small producer of Champagne on the day of your visit, we've got few partners and they are all very nice to visit and taste !
