Le Marais
Stop: 80 minutes
You will explore one of the most charming neighborhoods in Paris. Your food tour will take place almost exclusively in this district, which is full of history, winding streets, and some of the best shops in the city. This district began as the jewish ghetto before becoming the "it" spot for nobility in the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries before falling into ruins again! By the 1940s, the district was at its lowest but all of that would turn around after the war. The Marais is now the place to be again so you will spend the vast majority of you time on this tour exploring the district, not just from a tourist point of view, but through the eyes of a parisian.
