What you'll do
Italy's beloved pasta is a staple in many Italian dishes. Join this half-day small-group cooking class to learn the art of crafting authentic Italian pasta. The class includes a visit to the historic Campo de’ Fiori market, where you'll hear the market's rich history and speak to local vendors before shopping for fresh ingredients and heading to the kitchen to learn how to make traditional Italian pasta recipes.
