What you'll do
Your skydiving adventure begins with pickup from central Auckland and a transfer to the skydive site, if requested. On arrival, an experienced tandem instructor takes you through a safety briefing and gets you suited up in your flight gear.
Take off along Auckland’s West Coast aboard a 17-seat turbine plane and enjoy dramatic aerial views as you get yourself psyched up to jump. Depending on your chosen height, experience your tandem jump from up to 18,000 feet (5,486 meters) and feel a rush of adrenaline on the freefall, as you reach speeds of over 125 miles (200 kilometers) per hour.
As your parachute opens, enjoy unforgettable views over Auckland and the West Coast as you float back down to the ground. Spot the black sands of Piha Beach, the green forests of Waiheke Island, and the rugged peaks of Mt. Ruapehu and Mt. Taranaki.
At the end of your experience, a driver is waiting to take you back to your hotel.

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Most travelers can participate
- We do have a 100kg weight restriction
- If you are under 18 years old you will need to bring a parent or guardian with you. 18,000ft skydives are limited to those who are 12 years or over.
- Weather conditions can change, so we ask you to check your skydive status at www.skydiveauckland.com/status on the morning of your skydive to confirm the weather is suitable. If not then we will help you to reschedule.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 100 travelers
