- A notification reconfirming the meeting or pick-up time will be sent through the Experience Extranet one day prior to the service.
- Important items you must to pack for your trip: sunglasses,comfortable clothes and shoes, hat, sunscreen, repellent,bottle water, extra energy battery for camera, jacket, raincoat for rainy season (Dec. -Mar.) and small backpack for sufficient cloth for one night.
- Prices are based on doublé occupancy (2 pax in the room)
- IMPORTANT: All the details of the traveler’s passport are necessary for the two-days excursión to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley (full name and Identification of the Passport ). Provide all passenger names, passport numbers, date of birth, and nationality. All this will be done at the time of booking.
- Changes to the travel date will be accepted no later than 20 days before the scheduled date of the tour.

Cusco Region
7:45 AM We will start with the pick-up in the lobby of your hotel after having breakfast, our transport with our guide will take us from Cusco to the Sacred Valley of the Incas passing through Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo and Pucapucara (without stops)
Awana Kancha
8:20 AM Here we will stop for about 15 minutes to learn about textiles and weaving process. We will be able to observe different types of South American camelids such as the llama, alpaca, and vicuña. You will have the opportunity to take potos of them.
Taray
8:20 AM Here we will stop for about 10 minutes to obtain classic photographs of the Sacred Valley, we will be able to appreciate glaciers, Inca terraces, and a spectacular view of the Sacred Valley.
Parque Arqueológico Pisac
10 AM In this Inca site of Pisac we can enjoy impressive views of this valley. Here you can appreciate immense Inca agricultural terraces, residences, altars, water channels and tombs and we will learn all about the Inca agricultural methods shared by our professional guide.
Pisac Market
11:20 AM We will visit a traditional market in the town of Pisac and interact with the local people and buy some souvenirs of your choice. The Pisac market is very famous and very visited by people from all over the world since it is a place to learn from the local people their traditional way of life.
Urubamba
1:00 PM: Enjoy an extraordinary buffet lunch (with vegetarian and vegan options) at one of the best restaurants in the Sacred Valley, the prestigious Tunupa.
Archaeological Park Ollantaytambo
- 14:20 After lunch, we continue our trip along the Urubamba River until we reach Ollantaytambo, where we will visit this incredible Inca site, together with our guide we will take a tour knowing and learning all about the history of this place.
- 15:30 PM After our visit to the archaeological park we will take you to the train station located in the same town of Ollantaytambo and we will board the Inca Rail train that will take us to Aguas Calientes (town of Machupicchu). This train ride allows you to appreciate the fascinating scenery along the Sacred Vilcanota River.
Estación Ferroviaria de Ollantaytambo
18:10 PM We will arrive in Aguas Calientes (town of Machupicchu) at the exit door of the train station we will be waiting to take you to your hotel where you will spend the night. Get settled in your hotel. After check-in, you have the afternoon free at your own expense.
