What you'll do
Take a full-day train excursion from Cusco to visit the ancient Incan citadel of Machu Picchu. Begin by taking the bus to Aguas Caliente, where you'll enjoy an in-depth guided tour of Machu Picchu. You'll also have some free time to explore the citadel on your own. On the way back, ride on the premium PeruRail Vistadome train to experience unobstructed views of the Andes and the surrounding landscapes.

- 4:00 AM we will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you by bus and train to the town of ‘Aguas Calientes’ Total travel time, 4 hours.
- Upon arrival at the town of Aguas Calientes the guide will be waiting for you to go to the Wonder of the World, a guided tour of 2 hours and 30 minutes. Later we will have free time in the town of Aguas Calientes for lunch. Then we will go to the train station to board the train then the bus and finally to return to Cusco and take you to the hotel.
- ‘The Machu Picchu ticket is subject to availability, clarifying that the only entity authorized to sell these tickets is the Ministry of Culture of Peru.
- Tickets will be purchased according to the circuits and tickets available (corresponding to circuits 1 and 2).
