What you'll do

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure in the breathtaking Andean Mountains! Immerse yourself in the rich Inca culture as you hike 43 kilometers through the heart of the Andes. This is the only trek that takes you along the legendary Inca Trail, arriving in the early morning light to Machu Picchu.

Please note that Inca Trail Trek permits (INCLUDED in your booking) sell fast, so we recommend booking in advance. If there are no more permits at the time you book the trip, we will suggest you an alternative hike to Machu Picchu, or you can get a full refund.

  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • As of June 11, 2022, all travelers over 18 years old must have three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. That means two regular doses plus a booster. Passengers from 12 to 17 years old must prove they are vaccinated with two doses. If they do not have a complete scheme, they must present the negative result of an RT-PCR test taken no more than 48 hours before boarding in their country of origin.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

  • Don't forget to swing by our Cuzco office for the following:

  • Check-in with your passport a few days to a few hours before your briefing to let us know you've arrived safely and get some individualized attention. We'll confirm your pick-up info and answer any questions you may have, like booking extras, rental equipment, etc.
  • 2. PRE-DEPARTURE BRIEFING
