What you'll do
Immerse yourself in the flavors of Peru and the world of vegan cuisine with this small-group cooking class in Cusco. Visit a traditional San Pedro market to explore the ingredients and learn about their origins. After that, learn how to make a variety of cocktails and vegan versions of classic dishes, including causa limena, cebiche, and tamal. You can then enjoy the dishes you've prepared.
