About

Salkantay Trek: 4-Day Adventure from Cusco

What you'll do

The Salkantay trek, which can be completed in 4 days, is another route that takes you to Machu Picchu. Along the way, you'll walk through the Andes and into the Quillabamba jungle. If you don't have enough time, you can choose to do the shorter 4-day Salkantay trek, which is the same as the 5-day Salkantay trek, which is the most complete trek. This option is recommended for those adventurers looking for an alternative to the 4-day Machu Picchu Inca Trail. During the trek, you'll enjoy the Humantay Lagoon, the Salkantay snow-capped mountain, glaciers and part of the Cusco jungle.
