Take a day trip to the car-free island of Koh Kret, situated right in the middle of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok. Your guide will pick you up from your Bangkok hotel, so just be ready and waiting in the lobby. You'll be transported to the island where you can cycle through the rural land, learn about the local people, and enjoy lunch at a local Thai restaurant to keep you fueled up.
