Wat Mahathat

- Then visit Wat Mahathat, temple of the great holy relics of Ayutthaya.
- The temple is one of the oldest temples in Ayutthaya Historical park, built since the late 14th century.
- The highlight of the temple is to view the head of Buddha image inside the tree root which is the symbol and the highlight of Ayutthaya.

Wat Phra Sri Sanphet

- Continue to visit Wat Phra Si Sanphet (The ancient palace) which used to be the residence and the royal chapel of Ayutthaya’s kings from 1350 - 1767 A.D.
- The temple is the prototype model of Grand Palace and Temple of Emerald Buddha in Bangkok.
