Hanoi Local Cooking Classes

What you'll do

In this half-day cooking class, you'll learn to recreate some of the delicious dishes you've enjoyed on the streets of Hanoi. You'll start by collecting your ingredients at the Old Quarter's only culinary market. Then, you'll step into the kitchen and learn from a local chef how to make traditional Vietnamese dishes like banana flower salad and fried spring rolls. Afterward, you'll enjoy a four-course lunch or dinner that you've made with your own hands.
