  • Pickup details- From Hanoi: If guests stay in the Old quarter of Hanoi, Hoan Kiem district, send property the hotel address for picked-up at around 8h10 -8h45 am. If guests are in Hanoi, but out of the Old quarter, please come to Opera House, N.01 Trang Tien street at 8:00 am for picked-up - From Halong: Please come to the Halong International Port, Halong city, Quang Ninh province at 12:00 am. If you arrive there later than 12:00 am you are able to miss the cruise.
