What you'll do
The egg coffee, also known as ca phe trứng, is a beloved Vietnamese coffee drink that has gained international acclaim for its distinctive flavor and cultural importance.
Tour Highlight
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by Ryan, our Vietnamese-Australian Coffee Guide. He'll give you a brief introduction to the Egg Coffee experience.
Next, you'll learn about Egg Coffee, Vietnamese coffee culture, and fun Robusta facts.
Then, it's time to get hands-on! You'll learn to brew black coffee with a Phin, whip egg yolks, sugar, and condensed milk into frothy cream, and assemble your Egg Coffee with condensed milk, coffee, and cocoa garnish.
Finally, you'll get to taste and enjoy your creation, with customization tips, followed by a Q&A, certificates, and a group photo!
