What you'll do

This countryside tour of Hoi An will give you a genuine insight into local life. We'll ride over the bridge to Cam Kim island and along the riverside into the beautiful rural countryside.
We'll visit long-standing traditional craft villages that date back hundreds of years, such as Carpentry Village, Mat making, and Noodle making. Local people will introduce us to these jobs, and we'll experience them together.
Besides, we'll also experience Vietnamese coffee and stop by the coconut forest tour with an extremely impressive basket experience. After that, we'll enjoy local food in Hoi An before returning to the hotel.

  • Then we make our way to the coast at the Thu Bon river mouth. It’s up high and over the new bridge offering spectacular panoramic views of Hoi An, which takes us to the water coconut palm fringed Cam Thanh.
  • *Learn to paddle the strange and unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats.
  • Explore the now tranquil coconut-palm flanked waterways of a past war and hear of the extreme conditions endured by soldiers on both sides.
