  • After breakfast, we will drive to Lao Chai village down a mountain road where stunning views of the Muong Hoa valley flanked by mountains with rice terrace fields will greet you in all their splendour. A variety of ethnic groups like the H’mong, Zay, and Red Dao will meet us along the road; we will stop to talk and stock up on the local tea, fruits and sweets that they sell in their stalls.
  • We see the daily life of the Black H’mong villagers at Lao Chai Village, where we will begin our trekking. We walk to the home of the Zay hill tribe, Ta Van village, where a delicious will be waiting for you in a local wooden house.
  • After lunch, we head through a bamboo forest to a cascading waterfall where we will spend time relaxing in the water and in the pure serenity of the area.
  • Giang Ta Chai is our next destination, home of the colourful Red Dao hill tribe, where you will be greeted by the smiles of people who have a special connection with nature.
